On the 1861 census Thomas and Rachel lived in Bromsgrove Road, Redditch and Thomas was classed as Needle Pointer and Publican In the 1870 Kelly’s Directory Thomas was classed as Beer Retailer, Evesham Street. Said the same in the 1872 Post Office Directory. In the 1873 Littlebury’s Directory and Gazetteer he was classed as Refreshment House and Beer Retailer ( Printer’s Arms), Evesham Street.
