Notes: Wife Eliza (55) plus 1 working daughter at home. On the 1871 & 1891 census they were at the same address. (On later census Vine Street became Worcester Road) Charles died 1st October 1901.

Notes: Charles had a daughter as his Housekeeper at home. On the 1881 census Charles lived at the same address. On the 1901 census Charles lived at 32 Worcester Road. (On later census Vine Street became Worcester Road) Charles died in 1901.

Notes: Elizabeth had 1 visitor at home. No numbers stated on the 1871 census be seems to be at this number along the street. On the 1861 census Elizabeth lived with her husband George Smallwood and they lived in Evesham Street. George was licensee of the “Red Cow”. In the 1870 Kelly’s Directory Elizabeth was a Beer Retailer in Evesham Street which was possibly the “Red Cow”. Elizabeth was the licensee of the “Red Cow”, 1864-1870. Though Red Cow Yard was known to become Vine Street there was no mention of Red Cow Yard on the census. (On earlier census Vine Street was known as Red Cow Yard but not mentioned on the early census records only as Evesham Street and later census Vine Street became Worcester Road) Elizabeth died in 1878.

Notes: Wife Kezia (63) Needle Paperer (On later census Vine Street became Worcester Road) On the 1891 census James is now a widower and lived at 15 Walford Street. Not sure if name is Colling or Collings as both are used on census.

Notes: Sarah had 2 boarders at home. No numbers stated on the 1871 census but seems to be at this number along the street. (On earlier census Vine Street was known as Red Cow Yard but not mentioned on the early census records only as Evesham Street and later census Vine Street became Worcester Road) On the 1861 census she lived in Evesham Street.

In the 1872 Kelly’s Directory James was a Cooper, Vine Street. In the 1873 Gazetteer and Directory of Worcestershire James was Cooper, Vine Street. In the 1876 Kelly’s Directory, James was a Cooper, Vine Street. In the 1880 Directory of Worcestershire he was a Cooper, Vine Street. In the 1884 & 1888 Kelly’s Directory James was a Cooper, Vine Street. (On later census Vine Street became Worcester Road) James Freeman died in 1925

In the 1892 Kelly’s Directory James was a Cooper, Vine Street. In the 1896 & 1900 Kelly’s Directories James was a Cooper, Worcester Road. In the 1908 & 1912 Kelly’s Directories James was a Cooper at 30 Worcester Road.

Notes: Wife Priscilla (45) On the 1851 census John lived with his parents John and Maria in Bromsgrove and John Snr. Was a Butcher. In the 1880 Kelly’s Directory John was classed as private resident 1 Walford Street. Priscilla died in 1888.
