Notes: Wife Lavinia (22) Needle Hander. No numbers stated on the 1871 census but seems to be at this number along the street. (On earlier census Vine Street was known as Red Cow Yard but not mentioned on the early census records only as Evesham Street and later census Vine Street became Worcester Road)

(On the 1891 census the enumerator stopped at this house in Vine Street before going on to Worcester Road) (On later census Vine Street became part of Worcester Road) On the 1881 census Jonas lived with his mother Ann at 1 Vine Street.On the 1891 census Jonas lived at 62 Lodge Road, Redditch. Jonas Duggins died in 1926

On the 1881 census Maria was now a widow and lived at 5 Vine Street and though no numbers stated on the 1871 census it seemd to be at the same number along the street. (On earlier census Vine Street was known as Red Cow Yard but not mentioned on the early census records only as Evesham Street and later census Vine Street became Worcester Road) On the 1861 census they lived in Walford Street, Redditch.

Notes: Maria had 2 working daughters at home. On the 1871 census Maria was married to John Mence and they lived at the same address. (On later census Vine Street became Worcester Road) Maria died in 1886.

On the 1901 census they lived at 36 Worcester Road. (On later census Vine Street became part of Worcester Road) On the 1881 census Jesse lived with his parents George and Catherine at 19 Alcester Street. According to a family tree on ancestry site Jesse was the grandson of Thomas and Elizabeth Bunegar who lived in Alcester Street on the earlier census. Jesse Bunegar died in 1953

(On earlier census Vine Street was known as Red Cow Yard but not mentioned on the early census records only as Evesham Street and later census Vine Street became Worcester Road) On the 1861 census they lived in Evesham Street. In the 1873 White’s Directory of Birmingham Charles was Fish Hook Maker, Vine Street.
