On the 1861 census George was head of the house and had his brothers John and James staying with him and they were all Butchers living in Church Green East, Redditch. In the 1855 Billing’s Directory and Gazetteer George was a Butcher in Chapel Green East. In the 1860 Post Office Directory George was still in Church Green, Redditch. In the 1870 & 1872 Kelly’s Directory George was a Butcher in Red Lion Street. George died in 1880.
