On the 1911 census their son William Joyce Mousely lived at 21 Alcester Street with his wife and family and he was a Chemist and Druggist. In the 1872 Post Office Directory William is classed as Chemist and Druggist, Market Place. In the 1873 Littlebury’s Directory and Gazetteer William is classed as Dispensing Chemist, Market Place. In the 1884 Kelly’s Directory William is classed as Chemist and Druggist, 2 Market Place. In the 1888 and 1892 Kelly’s Directory he is classed as Pharmaceutical Chemist, 2 Market Place.

In the 1900, 1904 & 1908 Kelly’s Directory it’s Annie who is classed as Mrs James Ray, Draper & Ladies Tailor, 2 Market Place.

I the 1873 Littlebury’s Gazetteer and Directory of Worcestershire a Mrs. Mary Smith, Grocer, Provision Dealer and Ginger Beer Manufacturer was at 3 Market Place and this would have been William’s mother. William E. Smith died in 1926
