On the 1871 census Barnabas and Kathleen lived in Worcester. On the 1891 census they lived in Aston. By the 1901 census they were in Lodge Road, Redditch. In the 1873 White’s Directory of Birmingham Barnabas was classed as Warehouseman, 27 Alcester Street, Redditch. In the 1880 Kelly’s Directory Barnabas was classed as Tailor, Evesham Street and another entry stated 32 Alcester Street. In the 1884 Kelly’s Directory it stated he was Tailor at 35 Alcester Street. Barnabas died in 1902.
