Notes: Wife Elizabeth (83)? + 2 grandchildren at home. Lived in Evesham Street on the 1841 census but no numbers stated on early census. Timothy died in 1854.

Notes: Wife Catherine (Field) (39) Needle Paperer plus 2 working children + 3 younger children + 1 granddaughter at home. Was in Evesham Street on the 1841 census and then moved to Bates Hill on the 1861 census but no numbers stated on these census. Their son William on the 1881 census lived at 8 Evesham Street and was a Butcher. In the 1855 Billing Directory and Gazetteer Henry is classed as Sailor’s palm maker, Hairdresser and Newsagent in Evesham Street. In the Jones’s 1865 Mercantile Directory of the Iron District of South Staffordshire and East Worcestershire Henry was classed as Hairdresser and Sailor’s Palm Maker, Prospect Hill . In the 1872 Post Office Directory he is a Hairdresser in Walford Street, Redditch. Henry died in 1883.

Notes: Wife Elizabeth (23) + 1 Lodger at home. On the 1841 census Thomas lived with John Newbury (50) who was possibly his father and they lived in Shipston on Stour. On the 1861 census Thomas was married to Charlotte and they lived in Evesham Street but no numbers stated on early census.

Notes: Wife Harriet (Holloway) (26) Milliner employing 2 apprentices plus baby daughter + 1 servant at home. On the 1841 census Job was living with John and Sarah Palmer in Evehsham Street but no relationship mentioned but quite possibly his parents. Then on the 1871 census they had moved to Bates Hill and Job was a Draper and Milliners.

Notes: Wife Ann (33) Shoe Binder plus 1 working child + 4 younger children + Mother at home. On the 1861 census they lived in Hewell Road, Redditch and William was a Boot and Shoe Maker. In the 1855 Billing’s Directory and Gazetteer, William was classed as Boot & Shoe Maker, Evesham Street.

Notes: Wife Harriet (31) Milliner & Dressmaker plus 2 children at home. On the 1841 census Thomas was living with his parents George and Mary in Ipsely Street. On the 1861 census they lived in Church Green West and in the 1870 Kelly’s Directory Thomas is classed as Linen Draper, Church Green and his wife Harriet is a Milliner, Church Green. By the 1871 census Thomas seems to be a farmer of 40 acres of Bridley Moor Farm, Redditch and in the 1873 Littlebury’s Directory and Gazetteer Thomas is now Farmer at Bridley Moor, Redditch. Thomas died 12th February 1908 and was living Bridley Moor Farm, Redditch.

Notes: Wife Mary (55) Needle Maker plus 3 working children at home. On the 1861 census his wife Mary was now a widow and lived at the same address. William died 6th October 1851

Notes: Wife Elizabeth (35) plus 1 daughter at home. On the 1861 census Thomas and Elizabeth were staying with their daughter Elizabeth and her husband Jonas Strain in Evesham Street but no numbers stated on the early census but have put them at 3 as that is where they seem to be along the street.
