(Blue Pointers were considered to be of a higher standard than the other workers and commanded higher wages-information from Webb Family web site) On the 1841 census they lived in Wapping but no numbers stated on the early census. Richard died 21st February 1858 and he died of Consumption-Hancox family tree.

On the 1861 census Jane was now 80 and still a Needle Maker and lived in Easemore Lane, Redditch. Jane died in 1864.
