On the 1891 census they lived at 3 Walford Street.

(On the 1901 census the enumerator started at this house in Walford Street after 2 New Street) (John was the licensee of the “Lamp Tavern”, 4 Walford Street, 1899-1901) On the 1911 census they lived at the “Eagle Inn”, Crabbs Cross and John was the Inn Keeper. In the 1900 Kelly’s Directory John Was Beer Retailer, 4 Walford Street. In the 1904, 1908 & 1912 Kelly’s Directories John was classed as Beer Retailer in Crabbs Cross. John died in 1924.
