Notes: Wife Mary (50) + 1 grandson + 1 servant at home. On the 1841 census they lived in Red Lion Street but no numbers stated on early census. On the 1871 census Richard was classed as Gentleman and they lived in Ipsley. In the 1855 Billing’s Directory & Gazetteer Richard was classed as Carrier, Warwick Place. Richard died 5th April 1872 in Ipsley Street and classed as Yeoman.

On the 1861 census they lived in Church Green West, Redditch and William was now a Baliff of County Court. In the 1872 Post Office Directory William was Under Baliff to the County Court & Town Crier, Prospect Hill, In the 1873 Littlebury’s Directory & gazetter William was a Bill Poster. In the 1884 & 1888 Kelly’s Directory William was Town Crier, Church green West.
