Sam was possibly the son of Samuel and Elizabeth Millward who on the 1871 census lived at 10 Alcester Street or their grandson as their son Samuel also had a son Samuel. In the Midland Counties Trade Directory 1948/49 S. Millward, Produce Merchants, 89 Evesham Street.
