In the 1921, 1928 & 1932 Kelly’s Directories Embery was classed under Boot & Shoe Maker, 16 Church Green East. Embery Beck died in 1941.

(On the 1881 census the enumerator stopped at this house in Church Green East before going on to Peakman Street) On the 1871 census he lived in Church Green East but no numbers stated on the early census. Benjamin died 17th April 1887.

On the 1901 census Jane was married to Alfred and they lived 108 Lodge Road, Redditch and Alfred was Sergeant ? ? Artillery. In the 1908 Kelly’s Directory, Alfred was a Newsagent, 17 Church Green East. Alfred died in 1911.
