Smith who was the hairdresser and they lived at this address. On the 1911 census Elizabeth is still at this address In the 1900 Kelly’s Directory a Mrs Lizzie Smith was Hairdresser at this address. In the 1900 Kelly’s Directory there is an entry for John Barker, Hairdresser, 27 Alcester Street. In the 1924 Kelly’s Directory one of her boarders Harry Ashmore is now a hairdresser at this address.
