On the 1871 census they lived in Prospect Hill, Redditch and he was a Gas Manager. In the 1855 Billing’s Directory and Gazetteer Thomas was a Hairdresser in Evesham Street. In the 1870 Kelly’s Directory Thomas is classed as Collector of gas rents, Prospect Hill.
