In the 1855 Billing’s Directory and Gazetteer Richard was classed as Grocer and Provisions Dealer, Glass and China Warehouse, Evesham Street. In the 1860 Cassey’s Directory of Worcestershire Richard is classed as China & Glass Dealer and Grocer, Redditch.
