(On the 1911 census they stated that they hadn’t had any children born alive) On the 1901 census Thomas lived with his mother Mary Briggs at 8 Evesham Street and they were both Butchers. In the 1924 & 1928 Kelly’s Directory Thomas James Briggs was living “Parkwood house”, Ipsley Street, Redditch.
