On the 1901 census Walter was now a retired Engine Driver and they lived “Montreal Villa, Rainbow Hill, Worcester. In the 1888 Kelly’s Directory Walter was a Shopkeeper, 10 Alcester Street. Walter died 16th May 1905 and was living in Worcester.
