Notes:         Wife Ann (Avery) (50) plus daughter + 2 working sons + 1 younger son (which was Samuel Allcock aged 12) + Eliza Perks 4 + 1 servant at home. On the 1851 census Polycarp was now a widower and lived with his son Samuel in Adelaide Street, Redditch. (According to the Berrow’s Worcester Journal – Thursday 29th March 1838 – Polycarp was not married to Ann as she was still married (Obadiah Mole) as their son Henry stated in court proceedings, as he was a witness in a case regarding his father. He stated that he chose to take the name Mole even though Polycarp acknowledged him as his son as did several of his siblings)
