Notes:         Wife Sarah (40) + female servant at home. On the 1851 census they lived in Chapel Green South but no numbers stated on the early census. (On later census Chapel Green South became Church Green South and then Market Place) In the 1835 Pigot’s Directory William was a Draper in Redditch. In the 1842 Bentley’s Directory of Worcestershire William was classed under Linen &c Drapers of Redditch and Haberdashers &c of Redditch. In the 1842 Pigot’s Directory William was classed as Maltsters, Chapel Green.
