(On later census Church Green South was Market Place) On the 1871 census William was a Harness Maker and they lived in Alcester Street but no numbers stated on the early census. In the 1872 & 1876 Kelly’s Directories William was Saddler & Harness Maker, Church Green. In the 1884 Kelly’s Directory William was Saddler and Harness Maker, 15 Market Place. In the 1888 & 1892 Kelly’s Directory William was at 13 Market Place. In the 1896 Kelly’s Directory he was now at 25 Church Green East.
