Notes:         Wife Elizabeth (46) plus 3 working children + 2 school children + 1 Lodger + 1 servant at home. No numbers stated on the early census but seems to be at this number along the street. (According to “Old Redditch Pubs” by Alan Foxall Thomas Crow was the Beer Seller here and these premises were known as the “Turf Tavern” and Thomas was the licensee 1850-1860 and then it became the “Fleece Inn”). Thomas died in 1861.
