In the 1896 Kelly’s Directory of Worcestershire Moses was a member of the Urban District Council and they met 1st Tuesday of each month at 6pm and the offices were in Unicorn Hill. Moses died 7th September 1897. His wife Clara died 20th October 1897 in Malvern, Worcestershire but was still living in Evesham Street at the time..
