Harriet was the daughter of Job and Harriet Palmer who on the 1861 census lived in Evesham Street. Harriet was married to George F. Brough an Outfitter and they lived with Harriet’s, mother Harriet, on the 1881 census at 12 & 14 Evesham Street.
