(On later census New End became part of Evesham Street) On the 1851 census they lived in Brockhill Lane, Redditch and William was a Needle Manufacturer. In the 1855 Billing’s Directory and Gazetteer William was classed under William Bradshaw and Sons, Needle Makers, Edward Street, Redditch. In the 1860 Cassey’s Directory of Worcestershire William was classed as William Bradshaw and Sons, Sail and Packing Needle Manufacturers, Redditch. In the 1861 Slater’s Directory he was in Unicorn Hill. In the 1870 & 1872 Kelly’s Directory and classed as William Bradshaw and Sons, Packing Needle Manufacturers, Unicorn Hill, Redditch.
