Notes:         Wife Elizabeth (21) Dressmaker. On the 1901 census they lived at 49 Alcester Street. On the 1881 census he lived with his parents Francis and Ann in Beoley Road, Redditch. No number stated on the 1891 census but in 1892 Kelly’s Directory it stated that Edgar was a Furniture Dealer, 44 Alcester Street. Edgar’s father Francis and grandfather Benjamin Baylis owned a Grocer’s shop at 25 Red Lion Street.
