Lived at 12 Park Road, Redditch on the 1891 census and then at 10 Park Road on the 1901 census. Next door to them on the 1901 census lived their son Sidney also a Boot Factor. In the 1888 Kelly’s Directory James Huins, Bootmaker was at this address. In the 1940 Kelly’s Directory there was a James Huins Ltd Shoe Retailer at 1 Evesham Street. James died 11th September 1908 in Redditch.
