(On the 1911 census they had stated that they had had 1 child born alive) No numbers were stated but was next door to 2 Lock up Shops that were next to 7 Market Place and then 1 Lock up shop on the other side and then the “Royal Hotel” which was 8 Market Place. On the 1901 census they lived in Market Place but no numbers stated on that census either. In 1912 Kelly’s Directory George was classed as Bank Manager Lloyds Bank Lim., Market Place. Their daughter Edith in 1928, 1932 & 1940 Kelly’s Directory was at 28 Alcester Street as a Deputy Supt. Registrar of births and deaths and marriages. Edith Galbraith died in 1937.
