On the 1891 census Richard lived with his father William in Church Road but no numbers stated on the census. On the 1911 census they lived in Church Road but no numbers stated for Church Road on census. In Kelly’s Directory of Worcestershire, 1896 and Bennett’s Business Directory of Worcestershire, 1914 Richard William Webb was described as a ‘cycle &c. agent, Church Road’.
