Their son William Edmund also lived in Alcester Street on the 1871 census but no numbers stated on this census. On the 1881 census Elizabeth was a widow and she was the Innkeeper of the “Beehive Inn”. Edward was the licensee of the “Beehive” 1868-1879. In the 1872 Kelly’s Directory Edmund was a Beer Retailer, Alcester Street. In the 1873 Gazetteer and Directory of Worcestershire Edmund was the Beer Retailer, “Bee Hive”. In the 1876 & 1880 Kelly’s Directory he was Beer Retailer, “Bee Hive”, Alcester Street. Edmund died 10th April 1880 and was classed as Publican and Needle Hardener died at the “Bee Hive” Inn.
